NICOLE STREGER (they/she) is a queer playwright, actor, vocalist, screenwriter, and oil & charcoal portrait artist based in Brooklyn. Across their interdisciplinary work, Nicole lives in the dark comedy, exploring the intersection of homoeroticism and ambition, the festering misogyny between mothers and daughters, and the malleability of time.

Their 90-minute romantic dramedy AMELIA EARHART WAS A LESBIAN premiered as part of The Tank NYC's 2026 PrideFest. Their full-length play with rock music, CHAINSAW TITS, has been developed with Sit N Spin Productions, Cherubs Productions, ARTxNYC, and the IRT Theater's WIT Factor Theater Festival, and has been selected for the 2027 SheNYC Summer Theater Festival. Nicole wrote and starred in the short film SHEDDING, most notably selected for Wicked Queer and DIFF Shorts, an Oscar-qualifying festival. They are also the co-creator and writer of BOBBY PINS, a queer coming-of-age comedy series, and are currently developing their first feature, AMATEUR HOUR, with a proof of concept set to shoot in September.

A classically trained vocalist specializing in rock, jazz, and blues, Nicole performs at weddings and galas across the country.

They are a graduate of Northwestern University, a proud 2021 YoungArts Winner in Acting, and have completed year I of Meisner Technique with Jim Brill at the Neighborhood Playhouse.

Nicole is represented by Suskin/Karshan Management, Artists & Representatives, and CESD Talent.
